Buenos Aires – I mentioned a few weeks ago that I had some new and interesting projects coming online. Shortly after, the next issue of Time Out Buenos Aires came out, with half a dozen of my restaurant reviews and a feature article – more to come in the next issue, some fun things planned! Project two takes off today with the October 2006 issue of Cuisine & Vins hitting the newstands. I was approached by the editors of the magazine to write their monthly English language food & wine tips column – Argentina for beginners – and more to come with that as well, with future plans to expand the English language section of the magazine.
