Food & Wine Dictionary
The dictionary is back, for those of you who’ve been asking – it’s finally been published in soft-cover version and is available from a print on demand publisher. Hopefully it’ll get picked up by some folks like Amazon and others… It is, as best I’ve been able to determine, the only dictionary of its kind – not just a short glossary or traveler’s guide, but a 5,000 entry dictionary that includes common dishes, alternate meanings (including advisories where words are sometimes used in non-food related contexts), and, to boot – a great piece of cover art from my friend and colleague Frank Rocca.
