Market Haul
No quote, no long details, just a pretty pic of the haul from our visit to our favorite Bolivian street vendor. From the right across the top: Huacatay, Ajíes amarillos, Rocotos and Caiguas; from the right across the bottom, Ocas (a type of yam), Ajies limos, Olluquitos (aka Ullucos, or Papalisas), and Tomates de árbol.

That is a fine haul. Where is this vendor exactly?
It’s a trio of Bolivian women who setup “shop” on the corner of Agüero and Humahuaca, on the side of the Abasto. Our favorite of the three is the woman who’s on the left as you’re facing them (they always setup in the same order…).
