I’m headed to the International Gastronomy Festival in Guadalajara, Mexico, the first week of March, followed by a week in Mexico City. All gastronomy, all the time. If I have any readers, friends, romans, countrymen, etc., who are or will be in either place, I’d love to meet up, hang out, eat, tour, see things. I’d love to find one or more traditional Mexican cooking classes that I could take in either or both places – preferably private classes, but that’s not a must – either with an amazing home cook, or a professional chef. Or hey, maybe you were thinking of taking a vacation and couldn’t decide where…?
